Let me start by saying that the shop owner, Simon, must've taken a master class in customer service because he truly went above & beyond with customer care. We had ordered this gift for my godson's birthday & were hoping to give it to him for his party about a week later. Unfortunately, the order did not arrive on time. When Simon & I spoke about it & he learned of our situation, he not only wrote an incredibly kind letter specifically to our godson apologizing for the delayed shipping, he also gifted him an a discount code to use on a future purchase. While a couple of pieces arrived broken, it wasn't without great effort from Simon & his team as everything was well wrapped & thankfully easily glued back together. Simon's consideration shined in every aspect of our purchase from the start to the end. Would buy again!

I will buy from this seller again, and would recommend them to others. I reached out to see if I could get the item by a certain date, and the seller responded right away. I got the package when I needed it. A few pieces broke during shipping (not the seller’s fault). A little glue and they’ll be fine.
