I contacted Moon Star to request this model for the Strahd campaign that I have been running. Not only did they respond enthusiastically that they could do, he was responsive and sent me constant updates along the way. I just received the final mini (it should be called a maxi at this point) and couldn't be happier. 100% recommend not only this model, but this company.
The pack was just as I expected. Quality mini's with enough detail to provide character when painting them up. The turn-around time and shipping were excellent. Ran into a few minor issues but the team at Moon Star was able to help me and provided a level of customer service that I could have only dreamed of. I greatly appreciate their efforts. Due to the quality of the product and the quality of the team members, I will definitely be a return customer. Might be running "Curse of Strahd" next, we'll see.
