MOON STAR RETURNS POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in the original shrinkwrap and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at www.moonstarboardgames.com/contact. After accepting the return, you will responsible for shipping the item(s) to the address provided, and will be refunded upon our receipt of the items.

Damages and Product Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Board games, specifically, are produced in great quantities and sometimes an issue or component can be mistakenly left out of the box during the factory packaging. We will send to you, at our own cost, any missing component in a Moon Star Game.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
MOON STAR SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are usually processed within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays.) This is our goal time to have produced your miniatures, run quality inspection and subsequently pack them for assured delivery. After receiving your order confirmation email you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders typically have a shipping time of 2-6 days once shipped to continental the US.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For all products listed with free shipping, there is no shipping cost for standard shipping within the domestic U.S. For some products, priority speed shipping is available for an extra fee that will be presented at checkout. For products which do not have free shipping, you will only be eligible for free shipping if your cart totals $75 or more for US shipping, or $150 for international shipping.
Local delivery
We currently only offer local pickup of product to customers in the Pahrump and surrounding areas, including Las Vegas. We can arrange for local delivery, but please contact us in advance for this – it’s always nice to see new places.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to countries other than the domestic U.S. that show as available to ship to during checkout, and may not have all products available for certain regions outside the domestic U.S. due to size and/or weight considerations. Extra shipping costs may apply to regions outside the domestic U.S., and will be presented at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Moon Star Board Games is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Free shipping is not available to customers in Australia due to the high shipping fees. Sorry, our Aussie friends, we wish it wasn’t this way.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at https://moonstarboardgames.com/contact/ with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
