Dretch are grotesque, lowly demons often serving as pawns in the chaotic hierarchy of the Abyss. With their slimy green skin, mutant-like bodies, and an overpowering stench that accompanies them, these malevolent creatures embody the essence of filth and mischief. Standing roughly 4 feet tall, Dretches have sharp claws, a gaping maw filled with jagged teeth, and are notorious for their ability to spread disease and despair. Often summoned in hordes, they overwhelm their foes with sheer numbers, creating chaos on the battlefield and reminding adventurers that danger lurks in even the most repulsive forms.
