Manes are a grotesque manifestation of fallen souls, serving as the base form of demons born from the Abyss. These wretched, fiendish creatures, often depicted as emaciated, shadowy figures with gnarled limbs and gaping mouths, exude an aura of despair and corruption. Despite their pitiful appearance, Manes are tenacious in battle, swarming their foes with the fury of the damned and embodying the ultimate fate awaiting those who delve too deeply into dark magic. Encountering a Manes can imbue a game session with a chilling sense of dread, as players confront the remnants of lost souls, forever trapped by their unholy existence.
