Otyugh - Fantasy TTRPG Miniatures

The Otyugh is a grotesque, three-eyed monster lurking in the filth of the underworld, featuring a massive, bulbous body and a grotesque mouth lined with dagger-like teeth. Often found in sewers or decaying waste, this aberrant creature embodies the essence of decay and disgust, thriving on carrion and refuse. With its long, tentacle-like appendages, it can ensnare unwary adventurers, dragging them into the depths of its mucky lair, while its bizarrely intelligent demeanor belies its repulsive appearance. Fearsome yet fascinating, the Otyugh challenges heroes to confront both its physical might and the moral dilemmas of navigating a world filled with waste and decay.
